And my card - despite it not being exactly what i wanted i do like it. the background is one of my new ones (going up tomorrow - HOORAY!!!!!). the others are from a much under-loved set from MFT - Can You Dig It.
i stamped in ranger Mushroom dye ink and colored with prismas and gamsol and then got to use the flower soft sent to me from my awesome friend Cat!!! how cool looking is that stuff????? background is stamped with versamark and dots are mushroom dimensional pearls.
so being without electricity we spent ALOT of time outside and you won't believe what we discovered under our deck right above the hammock:

Because I'm now an instructor at a Scrapstore sometimes it can feel like a job preparing for a class and I get a little depressed thinking I don't want to scrapbook because it sounds like a chore. I visit her site and I realize I'm an artist- paper crafting, gluing, painting, stamping and doodling my wonderful pieces of ART!

When she stamps, her cards are fun. She also takes pictures of her farm animals and pets. The animals remind me of when my great grandparents were living and Grandpa and I would walk the path between the corn fields, to visit the cows.
What a cute idea that is. Love the seed packets behind the wheelbarrow. Too cute, thanks for playing. And just for the heck of it -- my favorite blogs change daily! There is an incredible amount of talent out there. I just found this one a couple of days ago and it is soooooo my style only much more detailed. I hope to learn from her.
