TSSC and tutorial!!

i LOVE to play my weekly regular sketch challenges and Mary Jo at Technostamper is one of my faves. her sketch this week was PERFECT for a souped up background technique so i used one from the Technique Junkies Newsletter (This newsletter is INCREDIBLE - i urge you all to subscribe!!!) that i have been wanting to try for some time now and here is the result:

This was so fun and easy and the results are just STUNNING!! I did several pieces so the one in the pics below is not the one i ended up using but you'll get the idea!

So gather your supplies: Glossy cardstock, Versamark, White Pigment Ink, Kaliedacolor/rainbow ink pad, brayer, white embossing powder, embossing buddy, heat gun, stamps (somewhat solid bol dimages work best).

Start by stamping randomly over your cardstock with versamark and then immediately brayer over it with the rainbow ink.

Once dry, swipe well with an embossing buddy and then stamp randomly again using white pigment ink, cover with white embossing powder, shake off excess and heat to melt.

i hope you all give this a try - if you do leave me alink so i can see your card!!

i have some blog candy gathered up and will post it tomorrow along with some questions for you to answer - be sure to check in tomorrow!!!
